These terms apply to the current private preview of DayCadence. By using the software, you agree to use it responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.

Private preview

DayCadence is experimental software under active development. It is provided for personal evaluation and may change, contain defects, or be interrupted without notice.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you place in DayCadence, the security of your devices and self-hosted system, and maintaining appropriate backups. Do not use DayCadence for unlawful activity or to interfere with other systems.

Third-party services

Optional features may connect to third-party services such as Google Calendar. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms and policies. DayCadence requests read-only Google Calendar access and does not modify Google events.

No warranty

DayCadence is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors. It should not be the sole record for safety-critical or time-critical commitments.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the preview, including loss of data, missed tasks or unavailable integrations.

Changes

These terms may be revised as DayCadence develops. The date above shows the latest revision.
